For every six nights paid, guests earn one complementary night's lodging.
The paid nights may be consecutive or spread out over time.
If the majority of the nights were in the Two-Room Suite, then the free night may also be in the Suite, otherwise, the free night will be for one of the Standard Rooms.
Visits of more than seven consecutive nights will receive a 20% discount (instead of Frequent Guest Plan).
Cancellations received at least one month prior to scheduled date of arrival will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. A cancellation charge equal to half of one nights lodging will be retained for cancellations received less than one month but more than one week prior to scheduled date of arrival. No refund will be issued for cancellations within one week of scheduled arrival. However, if something comes up at the last minute, we do permit guests to reschedule their visit, rather than be stuck.
Gift certificates are available at any time and are good for ten months from the date of issue. Select the number of nights and whether for one of the standard rooms or the two-room suite. Call 724-533-4497 with your credit card number or send check or money order to Candleford Inn, PO Box 212, Volant PA 16156-0212. As soon as we receive your payment, we will mail the certificate(s) to you or directly to your recipient as you indicate. Your recipient can simply call or email to reserve a room, based on availability.

Just mail check or money order for $153.55 to purchase a gift certificate for one night lodging at Candleford Inn (standard room including taxes) plus a $50 gift certificate for the Springfield Restaurant Group -- good at any of their popular restaurants. Send $180.80 for a gift certificate for one night in the Candleford suite (including taxes) plus a $50 Springfield gift certificate. Other gift certificate amounts are also available.
